SSS HAIR HAS A 30 DAY RETURN POLICY 

*Please allow up to extra time for returns and refunds to be processed at this time. 

 

Change of Mind/Wrong Item Purchased 

If you've had a change of heart about an item you have ordered or accidentally purchased the wrong product, don’t worry! Please send it back to us, unopened, unused and with all of its original packaging. 

ITEMS OVER $50 OR MORE 

If the item you purchased was over $50, and you have not paid for express or registered shipping, we will deduct $10 from the original price of the item you are returning to cover the cost of postage and handling*. (E.g. You are returning a curler back to us because you have decided you don’t want one anymore and there are no problems with the product. The original price of the curler was $100, we will refund $90 back to you). 

*If you have purchased other items and are only sending back one, OR if you would like to exchange the product for something else, this fee is not charged. 

 

Faulty/Damaged Item

If the item you have received is damaged or faulty, we are so sorry! Please contact us at info@ssshair.com.au with your order number as the subject of the email with a detailed description of the item's fault or damage, and a photo if possible and our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible*. 

*If you have contacted us and we have determined that the item is definitely faulty, we will cover the cost of shipping for you to return the faulty product to us.

 

Wrong Item Sent 

If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, we are so sorry! Please take a photo and contact us at info@ssshair.com.au with your order number as the subject of the email within 7 days of delivery and our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible. 

 

 

How do I return my items?

How to return a change of mind/wrong item purchased:

THE PACKAGE MUST INCLUDE: 

  • A brief note explaining the reason for the return
  • Your full name and email address
  • Your order number

Once we receive the item(s) in their original condition, with no damage to the product and all original packaging included, we will refund the money to you via your payment method used to purchase the item(s) within 2-5 business days after receiving the parcel. PLEASE BE AWARE: if the packaging is in a condition that means we are unable to resell the product, we may not be able to provide a full refund. If this is the case we will contact you as soon as we receive it and let you know.

 

How to return a faulty/damaged item/wrong item sent:

If the item you have received is damaged or faulty or we have sent you the wrong item, we are so sorry! Please contact us at info@ssshair.com.au with your order number as the subject of the email with a detailed description of the item's fault or damage, and a photo if possible and our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible*. 

*If you have contacted us and we have determined that the item is definitely faulty/damaged or incorrect, we will cover the cost of shipping for you to return the item to us (provided it is within 30 days of delivery). 

REFUNDS ARE ALWAYS PROCESSED VIA THE SAME METHOD ORIGINALLY USED FOR PAYMENT.

In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business for goods purchased if the goods are faulty, not fit for purpose or don't match the description.
